Shipping policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We stand behind the quality of our gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@holdthestorm.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item after we receive the original. If the item you want is sold out, we’ll issue a refund.

  • Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

SHIPPING
We ship fast—so you don’t have to wait long.

  • Processing Time: Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping Timeframes (U.S. only):

    • Standard: 3–5 business days

    • Expedited: 2–3 business days

  • We ship via USPS and UPS. You’ll get tracking info once your order is on the way.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out to hello@holdthestorm.com, and we’ll make it right.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to: Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Carriers & Delivery Times

  • DHL Express – 3–5 business days. Duties and taxes are included in the price at checkout.

  • UPS & USPS – Delivery times vary (typically 5–15 business days). Duties and taxes may be charged by your country’s customs office before delivery.

Customs & Duties
If you choose DHL Express, all customs fees are prepaid. For UPS or USPS, any applicable duties or taxes will be collected by the carrier or your local postal service before delivery. These fees are set by your country’s customs office and are not controlled by us.

Tracking
All international orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Returns
International returns are accepted, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
