We built this brand to serve men who carry a lot. So if something’s not right with your order, we’ll make it right.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition, with tags attached

To start a return, email us at hello@holdthestorm.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll send return instructions and next steps.

Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or defective.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your item is rejected for refund (damaged, worn, missing tags), we’ll reach out with options.
